Fitness Expert / I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Building and Fitness) Professional /Author Laticia “Action” Jackson has over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness field. She holds a B.S. Degree in Exercise Science (UWF), A.A. Degree in Human Performance, is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialists and currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Public Health from American Pacific University.

She’s the author of “I’m Not a Size Zero- Defining Your Curves While Loving Yourself”, an empowering women’s fitness training book which emphasizes being fit isn’t about being a size small, it’s about being a size healthy.  She is a 3-Time NPC National Fitness Champ, 2008 I.F.B.B. Fitness Olympian and top-level I.F.B.B. fitness professional. She has been featured in over 11 nationally recognized fitness publications (Oxygen, Muscle and Fitness Hers, Flex, Ironman, Muscular Development) and has made multiply television appearances for stations such as Fox 45/ABC 22 and C.W. 31 as the go to fitness expert. Over the last 12 years she has worked as Research Assistant (UWF), College Instructor(Bryan College), FITT Kids Instructor(YMCA), Fitness Consultant, Sports Performance Coach, Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialists and Certified Personal Trainer.

 A Veteran of the U.S.A.F. her discipline and determination has catapulted her fitness career to great heights. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and takes pride in empowering people by providing them with education and knowledge on health and fitness.

As a survivor of domestic violence it has become her mission to provide women with tools to change their lives from a mental, physical and spiritual aspect. She believes being fit gives a woman confidence to approach life and it’s situations with a positive perspective.
